Histon are ready

As Histon gear up for there 2nd round home tie against Leeds United the mood at the camp seems top.

After Histon won 5 -2 over Oxford United at the weekend the mood couldnt be happier for the players. Gearing up for the big game on Sunday it is a chance for many players to prove a point and give all the pundits someone to talk about. Last season it was Havant & Waterlooville who says it isnt going to be Histon F.C this year. Histon are sitting top of the Blue Square Premier with 40 points from 19 games.

Steve Fallon, the current manager, has had a great time at Histon. Since joining in 1999 he has won no further than 4 promotions. A player to look out for is striker Jack Midson who has scored 10 goals this season and 2 in the F.A Cup. The game for Sunday is sold out after the last ticket went on Sunday the 23rd of November.
